One of the most useful and unforgotten Night Vision accessories is the clip on magnetic compass. The Magnetic compass works as a basic no frills compass that uses a periscope to give you a basic heading. These compasses also have an internal battery to illuminate the compass when needed with an infrared light. These are designed to go on PVS-14 objective lenses but will work on any Night Vision units that share the same objective lenses as a PVS-14.
