This is an Invisio X50 communication system used in the US Military. The headset incorporates a central control unit that connects the ear pieces with compatible radios. The control unit also acts as the PTT (Push To Talk) where you can adjust the volume. The system takes one AA battery to function, not included. The control unit has a clip on it allowing the user to wear it on their chest within easy reach. The system provides two way communications and the ability to use two radios (dual comms) at the same time. The ear buds have built in bone conductors that act as the microphone, while the ear buds also provide noise protection as well. Used kits ONLY INCLUDE the control unit, radio cables, headset and carrying pouch. They also do not include the foam plugs for the ear buds!
