This is a part of the USGI ECWCS Gen III System. This particular one differs from normal ECWCS Level 5 in that this is Flame Resistant. 

The Level 5 Jacket is a weight wind jacket and it does have a hood. We also have the matching trousers for sale. 

Jacket is in OEF-CP, aka Crye Precisions Multicam. This is not OCP Scorpion. 

They are not water proof (You need a Level 6 for that), but do offer protection against wind and light rain. 

Jacket is brand new in the plastic, and still unworn.
