These N.A.P.E. (Neck Armor Protective Enhancement) pads are meant to provide increased protection and stability while wearing a ballistic helmet. 

Available in two sizes, size one for Small/Medium sized helmets, or size 2 for Large/Extra Large helmets. Some are marked Small / Medium, some are marked Small / Medium / Large. The NSN is the same for both. 

We offer these in two conditions, brand new in the plastic and used. The new in plastic ones may have some minor scuffs and surface wear on the packaging. But they will be unopened and unused. 

These are very easy to install, simply being fitted to the suspension of the ballistic helmet.
