Up for grabs is a like new RBR Low Vis Outer Carrier in size extra large. This vest was brought in by an unknown operator whom we believe was either MARSOC or NSW based on other items that were brought in. This lot of goods was purchased from a family member of the operator and they did not mention what branch the individual's gear was. This particular vest is pretty weird as we can't find a similar one or documentation of these even existing.
