This is the Eagle Industries MC-CIRAS or the Land Version of the system. The CIRAS was made popular during the GWOT period for it's innovative (at the time) releasable function with a ripcord that keeps the entire vest together that can be quickly pulled and the vest will "fall apart". There were 2 models available which were the "MC", or land; or the "MAR" for Maritime. The main difference is how the cummerbund is placed on the front; the land is a traditional front flap whereas the Maritime opens on the side "wings".
There are two grades are available:
Grade 1: New, In Plastic, No Armor
Grade 2: Used, salty but serviceable. No Armor.
