Instructions:

1. Bite the end of the included 18” drawstring and extend in front of the sightline until tight.
2. Shift the target within its specific targeting slot until it touches the top and bottom of the curve.
3. Now, you have your range in hundreds of meters (1=100m, 2=200m, etc.)

The BDC for the 5.56 out of an M4A1 carbine works in a similar fashion, simply range the target and then slide the BDC to the range to help visualize a required holdover.
