We've had many different plates over the years from KDH, as they do a lot of contract work for the US Government and Military. These plates came from an unknown government agency as surplus as they are past heir warranty period. Expired armor works as intended and does not really "expire" only the warranty expires if the plate is defective. Odds are you're buying these to LARP anyway so who cares?
