Part of the standard issue US Molle II system: 40mm High Explosive Pouch (Double). Aka the double 40mm grenade pouch. We also have singles available too.
These are in ACU/UCP (that grey digital camo that blends in with a gravel pit and grandma's couch)

These have two pockets, each with a top flap closed by a metal snap. The pockets are tapered, with an opening on the bottom, and are meant for 40mm HE grenades.
These will be from a variety of makers, but all are genuine US Government issue and in excellent shape.
