Steiner is one of the few companies the department of defense trusts to put on their weapons. The DBAL (Dual Beam Aiming Laser) has been a favorite for it's very rugged design and simple controls. The DBAL I2 has two features apposed too 3 features on a standard A2 or A3. This particular model has a 50mW IR laser and IR Illuminator. This I2 is classified as a Full Power Restricted laser.
This model is "New Old Stock" from Laser Devices which was Steiner before they were bought out. These units are covered under Steiner's warranty but must be serviced through an authorized dealer. These all have varying manufacturing dates from 2014 and newer.
