These are new in the packaging Vietnam War era Sterile Gauze. These are original new old stock manufactured by ACME Cotton products company based out of New York. The boxes are all in excellent shape and may still be Sterile after all this time in storage. Realistically these will be used to complete a Vietnam display or could hypothetically still be used for it's original intended purpose.
These rolls are approximately 3 inches by 10 yards according to the box.
In terms of practical use, this is excellent for filling out your little first aid pouch.
