Propper's 45/P Nomex Winter Flyer Jacket is sewn to military specification MIL-J-83388E and is flame-resistant. It features a quilted liner, knitted banded bottom, felled seam construction, two Velcro closure side entry pockets, a left arm utility pocket with zipper closure, knitted banded cuffs and Velcro name tape placement patch.
